Hi,

I have paid subscription for the AI Assistant. However, the application shows "no request remaining" message whenever I try to use it.

MacBook Pro M4 Pro, MacOS Sequoia 15.3, all updated

Thanks

M.

Your subscription grants you access to the feature of the AI Assistant.  You're not blocked from using it entirely. Even if you have a subscription that includes access to the AI Assistant, it doesn't necessarily mean "unlimited" usage in the truest sense.

Him, thanks for the reply. I believe I have paid a monthly subscription specifically for the AI assistant. On top of that, I also pay for te Adobe Acrobat Pro.

Hi @miroslav_4238

If you have purchased Acrobat and AI Assistant, you should be able to use the features in Acrobat.  Have you tried restarting the Acrobat app. Could you please share logs from your machine to help debug the issue.

You can use Acrobat diagnostic tool to capture and share the logs https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-diagnostics.html
