AI Assistant unable to subscribe to

Hello I am trying to subscribe to the AI Assistant in Adobe Acrobat but it is not processing anything. Can you (Adobe Team) please check my account and solve the problem.

@Jen_n Double-check that you have indeed subscribed to the AI Assistant add-on for Adobe Acrobat, as it's a separate feature and not included in all Acrobat plans. You can usually verify this by logging into your Adobe account online and reviewing your subscriptions and billing history.

If you do have the subscription, try signing out of Adobe Acrobat and then signing back in. Sometimes, this can refresh your account status and resolve temporary glitches.

Also, ensure that your Adobe Acrobat software is up to date, as outdated versions can sometimes have issues with new features.
