Aktivierung Seriennummer Edu Forms Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 Student and Teacher Edition

Ich habe oben genannte Lizenz bei einem Online-Händler erworben und per E-Mail eine Seriennummer erhalten (alphanumerisch in der Form AAAAA0-0000-0000-0000-0000). Einen Gutscheincode habe ich nicht erhalten. Aktivieren soll ich die Lizenz über die Edu Forms / Student/Teacher Edition Serial Number Application Form (https://helpx.adobe.com/support/edu-forms/). Das habe ich mit einem Berechtigungs-Nachweis getan. Seit mehreren Wochen habe ich keine Bestätigung/Rückmeldung/Aktivierung bekommen. In meinem Account findet sich die Anfrage als Status: aktiv.

Wie kann ich das Produkt aktivieren / registrieren / nutzen?

    Your perpetual license is registered in your current educational email (Adobe account).

    If you have the license/serial number with you. You can download the Acrobat 2020 installer from here: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/acrobat-2020-downloads.html 

     

    Once done, you can enter the serial number for the activation.
