Aktivierung von Acrobat 2020 nach Neuinstallation nicht möglich

Notebook Win 11 musste nach Absturz neu aufgesetzt und Acrobat 2020 neu installiert werden. Das hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Beim ersten Start erscheint wie erartet die Aufforderung zur Aktivierung, Link zum Online Benutzerkonto funktioniert ebenfalls.

 

Nach dem Einloggen ins Konto sehe ich die Lizenz, die ich vor dem Absturz ja genutzt habe - aber es gibt keine Möglichkeit, die Neuinstallation mit der registrierten Lizenz zu verknüpfen, so dass die Software auf dem Notebook dann freigeschaltet ist und startet.

 

Was kann ich tun?

thank you so much for the quick reaction. Followed the instructions and finally successful. I did try it that way last night - but the process wouldn't finalize.
