Hello All,
We are experiencing an issue that appears to be global, when we print to PDF.
This happens with both Adobe Acrobat PDF printer, and the MS Print to PDF printer.
The issue is, when we print to PDF, the text does not appear as text. The file being generated exhibits text that is entirely unreadable, with characters displayed as various symbols and numbers that do not form coherent words or sentences. This issue is indicative of a font encoding problem, where the text within the PDF is not being correctly interpreted or displayed. This could be due to several reasons, such as the PDF being created with fonts that are not properly embedded or the PDF creation software not handling the font encoding correctly. Without proper font embedding, copying text from the PDF can result in garbled or "encrypted" appearance, as the system attempting to read the PDF may not have access to the necessary font information to display the text correctly.
Here is a quick video showing our issue: https://youtu.be/HM4wi9IkRjI
I have also attached one of the files that we generated, to this thread.
Can anyone please point me in the right direction to resolve this issue?
Thanks
