Alpha Channel issue in Printer

Question

Hi All,

My single-color PDF document that I uploaded to the Scout printer has an error stating that it uses the Alpha channel and is treated as a CMYK plate. My print page did not have an alpha channel.
Could someone please advise me on how to determine whether the Alpha channel is there and how to prevent this sort of printer issue? My print PDF document is attached here.
