Always Trust PDF - Windows Server 2008 R2

I am using MS Access to fill in form fields in a PDF.

Typically, on a local computer, I only have to click "Always trust this document" once and the yellow caution bar will never open again.

I recently moved the app and the PDF to a folder on our server (running 2008 R2) and now the yellow caution bar always opens regardless.

Is there a fix for this?

Thanks in advance,

Pat

Hi Pat,

Sorry for the delay in response.

As you have moved the application and PDF to a folder on the server, please try to add the file and folder path in the trusted locations list.

Take help of the steps mentioned here Trust Methods — Acrobat Application Security Guide.

Also, refer to this help document Security warnings when a PDF opens.

Hope the information helps.

Let us know if you still experience the issue.
