App Crash Issue When Adding Signatures to Documents

Hello everyone,

Every time I attempt to add or request someone to add a signature in my document, i select the person name + i put their email and I click on send and review, the application crashes and everything closes, without any errors or notifications.

 

I tried adding different people, i tried adding myself only, issue persistes.

 

I work as an it Specialist, I already did the basic troubleshooting, reinstalling the app and the following:

I turned off the latest version of Request e-signature, & now my issue is resolved. Maybe this will work for you.

I'm having an issue during the same step except mine is not crashing. The short answer is to use your desktop app instead of the web & ensure it's the latest version.

 

I'm unable to delete text in the Message field. I had a remote support call 2 days ago, & the rep couldn't get it corrected. He/she instructed me to use my desktop instead, which I ended up doing for that particular instance without issue. However, I learned via the follow-up email that the desktop doesn't support the template feature, which causes great inefficiency. I have another call with another support rep shortly to try to resolve the web app issue.
