Apply a Digital ID or fill & sign within a stamp?

I made a stamp where it ask a user to input their name and title. I also want it to ask them to input an Adobe ID digital signature or even the Fill and sign option.

 

However, my stamp sadly does not prompt the user.



I have set a field for signature in the "Prepare Form" tool in adobe:

Do I need any other setting perhap or is this not possible with stamps?

It's not possible since a stamp is flattened when applied, making any signature added to it worthless, since it basically just becomes an image.
