Applying redaction leads to a white page

Question

Hi,I am trying to redact a number of documents. Sometimes it works well, but for some of the documents, when I apply to redact, the entire page disappears and I just see the black bar. Any suggestions on how to address this?

Thank you for reaching out.

Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the application. To check the go to Help > Check for updates in the application.

Check if the issue occurs to some particular type of documents.

It would be helpful if you could share a small video showing the workflow and the issue occurring at your end.

Share the Acrobat and OS versions currently in use.
