Arabic OCR Problem

I have official letters (Hard Copy) in Arabic Language, After I scan them, I'm converting to OCR but Adobe Acrobat DC not detecting the Arabic words.

Please I need help because I have to Upload the files to ECM ORACLE.

    Acrobat Pro cannot OCR PDFs with Arabic text - yet. Adobe are considering this feature.

    I'm using Sakhr صخر for Arabic OCR, it works very well.

      Can you tell me where to find the sakhr software please? I can't find the download link on their website
