Arial Narrow font won't print from Excel Office 365

I am printing an excel spreadsheet from Office 365 into my newly installed Acrobat Pro 2017 using Acrobat Distiller, and anywhere I have the Arial Narrow font it comes out garbled.  How do I fix this so it will print Arial Narrow correctly?

The preferred method of creating PDF from Office using Acrobat is to use the Save as Adobe PDF function, not printing to the Adobe PDF PostScript printer driver instance. Do you have the same problem if you use the PDFMaker Save as Adobe PDF function instead?

That doesn’t work, either.  I go through the Save As pdf option, and it runs through as if it saves it, but there is no file there.

Not Save As specifying PDF, but rather Save as Adobe PDF or using the Acrobat tab on the ribbon, selecting Create PDF from there.

If that can't find Arial Narrow, in the Fonts control panel, do you see Arial Narrow as actually being installed? (It would be found in the Arial family).

It appears that Arial Narrow is not one of the included fonts in Acrobat.  Can that be added somehow?
