Hello,
After a recent update of Adobe Pro DC I haven't had any controls over my audio files in pdfs. I can only listen to them without any option to navigate through the audio, increase / decrease volume, playback and stop. Audios in Adobe Reader DC don't play at all, all I get is a white box.
It goes on like this on other PCs as well, so it's not my software problem.
HI Andrey,
Can you Edit the Downloaded File and Replace "Trunk" with "DC". and then try running the file. After that try again. Sorry for the Confusion.

Hi Andrey,
Thank you for reaching out and sorry for the trouble.
As per the description above, the options to navigate the audio doesn't work when playing the audio files in PDF.
Please confirm if the issue occurs with a particular PDF or any PDF with audio files. Would you mind sharing any sample PDF with us for further investigation? You can upload the file to the Document cloud (https://documentcloud.adobe.com) and share the link to file here.
Could you please share the Acrobat and OS version on the machine?
We will be waiting for your response.
Thanks,
Meenakshi

HI Andrey,
Thanks for Reaching out to us. We apologize for the Inconvienience caused at your end. you are not able to see the controls because of we have made the controls off intentionally as there is one bug which is going on due to that. However please find below registry you need to set so that controls will be visible for audio / Video at your end. Please follow the exact steps below for this to work fine :
Once Above Steps are Performed try opening your audio file , You will see the Controls now for your Audio.
Please feel free to reach out in case of any issues / concerns.
Thanks,
-Arpit

I'm having the same issue - where does one change the "Trunk" to "DC"?
