Audio playback control in acrobat

Hi,

I'm including some MP3s in a pdf - The problem is, I'm able to add audio and play the tracks using Rich Media, but there seem to be zero options to add a playback control (no way to stop the audio, or pause it etc.) every video tutorial I find online seems to be outdated and/or includes selecting options that don't exist. I need to be able to send a pdf and have people be able to both play and stop the audio.

Any and all help greatly appreciated.
