authentication code not working
Well after getting a 30 minute run around from the customer care only to be sent here I guess this is where the answer is supposed to be. So I have loaded my software which has a spare license on to a new computer and I am being prompted to register the product. Every attempt to do this is a dead end. The phone number provided says it is not longer done by phone. When I try to click the online line it dose not work either. Seems like it just wants a authentication code but even Adobe customer care has no idea how to generate one. Does anybody know???
