Auto Fill fields based on dropdown selection.

I would like to auto fill 2 fields from the selection of a dropdown. 

8. Hiring contractor name selection  should populate 9. Federal tax ID Number and 11. Email fields based on the selection.  Can someone tell me how to do that?
