Auto fill pdf fields from one pdf to a 2nd pdf in Acrobat Adobe pro

I am new to JavaScript.

I have 2 files "Source File" and "Target file" Source file has a field "First Name" that I would like to auto fill in the 2nd pdf (Target file)" Candidate Name". What script will accomplish this? I would like the source PDF form to open the Target PDF file and fills fields based on information entered in the field from the first file. How do I get these two files to interact. I have read a similiar post but it doesn't state what goes where. Thank you very much.
