Auto Populate Physical to Postal Address with a check box - Acrobat Pro DC

Need some assistance please.  

i am creating a fillable form, with the following fields

 

Physical_Address1

Physical_Address1

Physical_City

Physical_Province

Physical_Code

 

i want to add a check box for " if Postal is same as Physical please select"

Postal_Address1

Postal_Address1

Postal_City

Postal_Province

Postal_Code

then the data should copy from the Physical address accross to the Postal.

    Place this script in the checkbox as a mouse up action:

     

    this.getField("Postal_Address1").value = this.getField("Physical_Address1").value;
    this.getField("Postal_City").value = this.getField("Physical_City").value;

    Etc.

    Thank you, i have tried this but it does not work.  is this the right way or am i selecting the wrong thing.  i just tried one line to see if it works.  sorry for the questions but are new at this.

    Yes, this is correct. So what happens when you press the check-box? Check the JS Console (Ctrl+J) for errors.
