I have trawled through the various posts already but cannot find a defintive answer to my issue;
I am trying to get an email to print to pdf and crucially, have all of its attachments print to pdf also.
I have tried using the convert to Pdf in built option aka PDFMaker, I have tried Print using Microsoft print to pdf and Adobe Pdf printer options.
The PDFmaker is in the outlook ComAddIns list and enabled.
Nothing has worked so far, the settings in Acrobat clearly show that this is an option when you change the preference to 'include all attachments' so why does it not work? Any assistance is greatly received.
Using Acrobat Pro DC with Win 10 and Outlook 365.

Hi John,
I'm going to give you an idea, not an answer. I'm a Mac user and the interface for Printing to Adobe PDF is different for me so the dynamics of the process would be as well.
The quick answer to your specific request is not possible. That much I can tell you. If there was a way to script this, there's a guy in these forums called Try67 and he could tell you (and he justifiably charges for his work).
However, if you were to Save the email as a pdf and place that into a unique folder, then move the attachments into that same folder, then you could easily combine all of these into one PDF within Acrobat. To some degree some of this could be automated with an Action Wizard but there would not be a complete "take this and do that" kind of process.
Good luck!
