Automatic multi-level bookmark creation based on PDF contents

For years we've been using an add-in called Debenu Aerialist to scan our reports looking for keywords & it would build multi-level bookmarks for us. It has always worked great, but it's now having some issues. For one the add-in only works on 32bit Acrobat, but the main issue now is it will no longer remembers its settings. Even when I enter its activation code, it still runs in demo mode and adds a watermark. Unfortunately, the add-in creator/developer is no longer in business, so I can no longer get it to work. Does anyone know of an alternative way of creating these types of bookmarks?

Foxit bought out Debenu and discounted the Aerialist product.
That blog hasn't been updated since 2018.

I'm not asking for help with the Aerialist product. I'm asking if anyone knows of an alternate product that does the same thing.
