This issue is addressed with the latest version 23.06.20360 of Acrobat and Reader. Please update the application from the help menu > check for updates and reboot the computer once. and see if that works.

I have the mac os 14.4.1 and the acrobat reader 2024.001.20643 and I still have this problem.

Hi there

 

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check. If the file is stored on a shared network/drive please download it to your computer locally and then try again.

 

A small video recording of the steps and the issue would be very helpful.

 

Do check for any pending/missing printer driver and firmware update and try updating it and see if that helps.

Hi Amal,

 

This is an issue with all PDFs. My printers' drivers are all updated. All updates for my computer and Adobe Acrobat Reader are already done.

 

Here is the picture of the error. It's persisted ever since I first updated my OS back in February 2024.
