Bad Parameter Issue

Hello Everyone,

I am having an issue with referencing and pulling up a page template in my pdf. I tried to combine files into the PDF as previous f=discussions have mentioned as heir resolution, but to no avail. 

I have a form field that, when different options are selected, set the corresponding page templates from hidden to visible. There is one 5 page pdf that, when combined and setup as a template, produces a "bad parameter" error when the code executes. The pdf itself opens without an errors normally, and no other pages that were combined produce this error. Even though I get the bad parameter error dialog box popup, the 5 pages still open up and I am able to view them, but I cannot seem to remove the error. Ay help would be greatly appreciated!
