Hi,
With a paid subscription of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, all you have to do is open your .ps files directly in Acrobat using the "Organize Pages" tool to merge all those files into a single PDF; the conversion to PDF will be handled automatically .
You can also save all your .ps files to a folder, open that folder, select all files, right-click on them, and select convert to PDF via the Adobe Acrobat PDF Maker Add-on. Note that you'll also need a paid subscription to batch convert PDFs with Acrobat.
If you don't have a subscription you can try the 7-day Free Trial of Acrobat Pro DC, which you can get here: https://acrobat.adobe.com/us/en/free-trial-download.html

You can use Acrobat Distiller to do that. In fact, that's the only think you can use it for... It comes bundled with Acrobat Pro and has a Watched Folders functionality, so you could set up a folder where whenever you drop a .ps file into it it will pick it up, convert it to PDF and then move it to another location.

There is another way. If you had a paid Adobe DC ( the pro version) You can batch convert easy.
