Batch Converting Excel to PDF Problem

Hi all,

I am using Acrobat Pro and am having difficulties converting Excel Files to PDF in batch.

When I open excel and use the adobe plugin to convert it works fine because I have to option to "Fit to Paper Width". When I try and convert more that one at a time I dont get this option and it results in some of the excel file being cut off vertically which looks terrible. This is clearly a result of the excel file being out of the print area that Adobe is using to convert it.

How can I resolve this issue?

Many thanks,

Alistair

Hi aliw1,

I am sorry for the delay in response.

Could you please try changing settings in Preferences under ACROBAT tab:

Launch Excel>click ACROBAT>Preferences>check the box Fit to paper width>OK.

Hi,

I have tried these settings and it works so long as there is only one sheet. If there are multiple sheets on a PDF then will only work for the first one.

Thanks for the reply, do you have any other suggestions that may help.

Kind regards,

Alistair
