I have a .png file and a number of PDF's  and I need to write a batch file to add the png file to the pdf's as a watermark.

Does anyone know the command line codes that can perform this without human intervention?

There maybe 2 file with a total of 50 pages, but the idea is to not let humans manually add the watermarks, where mistakes can be mande.

This is not possible with Acrobat. It's not built for this kind of headless automation. You will always have to run it manually. To do it without user interaction will require the development of a command-line, stand-alone utility.

If you're interested in hiring a professional to create it for you, feel free to contact me privately by clicking my user-name and then on the blue "Message" button.
