Batch process word to PDF in Acrobat Pro DC?

Hey.

I was wondering why I am not able to batch process office files (word, powerpoint, excel) in Adobes Acrobat Pro DC? In previous versions there was an option to "Batch Create Multiple Files", but that has disappeared. Now when I try the (what I assume) equivalent option in DC, I get an error

Apologies for the language being in Danish. Roughly it says that Acrobat Pro cannot open the documents and that no archives were processed.

Any idea why this doesn't work and if any of Adobes other programs allows batch processing without removing formatting?

What version of Office do you have, and what OS version?

Office 2010 and my os is Mac OS Sierra / Windows 7

Does it work if you open the file in Word and then use the Create PDF command from the Acrobat ribbon?
