Bates Stamp not working

Question

Once I enter the file that I want bates stamped the next dialog box does not appear. The one where you put in font and what number to start with. I tried shutting down my computer and bringing up a different file but it's still happening.

I have been using it earlier but for some reason it has stopped. I have a MAC

Hi Nottechy,

Have you tried with different files? Also, have you tried to create a new user profile for testing purposes just to narrow down is it an application specific issue or user profile specific issue? Also, try installing any pending updates.

Let us know the version of Acrobat and Mac Osx you are using?
