Best Way to Edit a Healthcare Enrollment Form (PDF) with Adobe Acrobat?

Hi everyone,I help patients access and complete healthcare enrollment forms, most of which are in PDF format. What are your tips for editing multi-page medical forms using Adobe tools like Acrobat or Express?Also, if anyone needs to test it, here's one sample form I use often: the Cosentyx Enrollment Form.

What exactly do you mean by editing? Filling the form? Adding form fields?

If you mean that you have a lot of the same info that has to be entered each time the form is used, and you'd like to simplify, then there are a several different techniques, including using an Acrobat Add-in tool, such as the ones here:
