Hi there

We are sorry for the trouble. As described you are getting the pop up message evry time you try to read the PDF file.

Would you mind sharing the exact workflow/steps you are doing that leads you to the pop up message? Also, please share the screenshot of the pop up message for a better undertsnding.

You may try the following preference setting and see if that works for you. Go to Adobe Acrobat DC (Mac), Edit (Windows) > Preferences > General > Uncheck 'Show me messages when i launch Adobe Acrobat'

Also, what is the version of the Adobe Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Adobe Acrobat DC and make sure you have the latest version 20.009.20074 installed. Go to Help > Check for Updates.

Keep us posted with the results

Regards

Amal

I just opened Adobe Acrobat Pro to edit a document and was greeted with a popup box about using e-signatures (see attachment). The "X" to close the box is grayed out, and hitting "Try Now" goes nowhere. I also can't close Acrobat (have to use Force Quit).

Suggestions to get around this and get Acrobat working normally? I'm on a Macbook Air running Catalina v. 10.15.5, if that helps. My version of Acrobat is 20.009.20074.

Thanks!

Ignore this reply; I thought I was posting on a similar thread that I started. (Ideally, I'd like to delete this reply to tomdoyle1's thread, but don't see how.)

This issue appears to have resolved itself (I was about to uninstall/reinstall). All good now.
