Hello,
I am using the Mac version, and whenver I connect to a Monitor everything in Adobe is blurred, texts, lines, drawings, logos, water marks...etc
Even after I disconnect the monitor, the issue presisits. I have to open the same file via "preview" from Mac, then it will be normal again in Adobe.
Please help, thank you.

@Ying Chueh36222189vrz7 I totally agree with @Dave Creamer of IDEAS is to look at the display settings on your MAC. I myself have a secondary screen right above my MacBook Pro, and I have different resolutions for certain displays may it be for home or work.
Another work-around just in case this doesn't work, is to adjust the display settings within Adobe Acrobat itself. In you case, the application struggles to properly rescale or render content when switching between different display resolutions. You can try navigating to Adobe Acrobat > Preferences > Page Display and ensuring that the "Enhance thin lines" and "Smooth images" options are either checked or unchecked (try toggling them to see if it makes a difference).
While it might not directly address 2D blurring, try setting this to "Software" instead of any hardware-accelerated options. Also, ensure "Enable hardware rendering for legacy video cards" is unchecked to see if that resolves the blurring.
Although it seems unrelated, sometimes accessibility settings can affect rendering. Go to Adobe Acrobat Pro > Preferences > Accessibility and try unchecking "Enable assistive technology support.
Hopefully, changing these display and rendering-related settings, you might find the combination that resolves the blurring issue on your external monitor and prevents it from persisting after disconnection. Remember to restart Adobe Acrobat after making each changes to see if they take effect. Try one change, and restart Acorbat. If that doesn't work, change another change and restart. It might be a combination of changes!

Thank you for reaching out.
Please let us know if the issue occurs while working on PDF, when you connect the monitor, or when you move the Acrobat window to Monitor. Could you please share the screen recording of how the screen appears? Did you check if any other application shows a similar behavior? We would need more information.
Thanks,
Meenakshi

Hi there
Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.
We're sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. If the PDF appears blurry on both your Mac's built-in display and the external monitor when using our app but looks fine in other apps like Preview or Foxit, this may be related to a rendering issue.
To help us investigate further, could you please share the following details?
In the meantime, you can also try the following steps:
Let us know how it goes.

I'm assuming you are on a laptop? What are your display resolution settings when you connect the external monitor (for both monitors)?

Yes, I am using laptop. This happens when I am connected to external monitor, and after i disconnect it, if I continue to use adobe PDF, it is still blurred out. Only return to normal when I disconnect the monitor and restart the adobe pdf app.
