Blurry Fillable PDF Form

Hello All! I converted a Microsoft Word table to a PDF fillable form using Prepare Form. When a user enters in their responses in the text fields of the PDF fillable form the text is blurry for some reason. I don't know what the problem is. I attached a pic to show what I am referring to.

If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated!! Thank you.

Thank you, I will. I used the automatic text box application Adobe provides. I will manually set up the text boxes myself instead. If this doesn't work, I will be back on this forum smh lol.
