Booklet printing adding blank pages in Acrobat Reader

Hi

I am trying to print a pdf file I downloaded from Canva. The pdf looks fine until I select Booklet printing then it suddenly has a blank page added on each of the first 2 sheets. It has done it with 2 pdfs but then one of them suddenly randomly printed correctly! If I convert the pdf to a Word document there are no extra pages or if I print in document format. Any ideas? Need to print a booklet to post and it's so frustrating! Previous pdf booklets have been fine.

Solved it, posting for anyone else who doesn't know. It turns out the number of pages must be a multiple of 4 otherwise it adds in the blanks. I spotted a similar discussion to do with InDesign that had this as an answer and tried it and that was the solution.
