I changed the colors under preferences to replace the documents colors. This seems to have affected the colors in the bookmarks pane. When I hover over the bookmarks, the white color turn into black.
If I revert the colors in preferences and hover over the text in the bookmarks pane, the text changes into white. I find this behavior unexpected. Is this a bug? Is there a way to stop the behavior? I need the text to be white so I can read it easily.
I am using the latest Acrobat Reader version in Windows 11.

@tonyh55581104 I have a feeling it may have to do with your computer's theme. I know on my computer I can change either to be in light or dark mode. In this example, I was able to change my mode to light in Acrobat. Check to see if your can do that in Acrobat

If I switch to light gray then the whole interface is bright. All my apps are in dark mode. While this works, it's not what I like it to be. Thanks. I am going to report it as a bug. There needs to be enough contrast.

I totally understand your concern about the contrast issue in the Bookmarks pane. Insufficient contrast between text and background can make it hard to read, especially for those with visual impairments. It might be worth checking if there are any available themes or settings in the application that allow you to adjust the colors for better readability. If not, this could be a good suggestion to submit as feedback to the developers—they may not be aware of the issue and could potentially offer a fix or improvement in future updates.

I completely agree—contrast issues can really affect usability. It’s always a good idea to check for theme options or tweak settings for better readability. If you're still facing challenges, definitely consider sending feedback to the developers. In the meantime, while you’re customizing your setup, why not enjoy some offline music with SpotiflyerApp? It’s a great way to keep things enjoyable as you work on your environment.
