I changed the colors under preferences to replace the documents colors. This seems to have affected the colors in the bookmarks pane. When I hover over the bookmarks, the white color turn into black.
If I revert the colors in preferences and hover over the text in the bookmarks pane, the text changes into white. I find this behavior unexpected. Is this a bug? Is there a way to stop the behavior? I need the text to be white so I can read it easily.
I am using the latest Acrobat Reader version in Windows 11.

@tonyh55581104 I have a feeling it may have to do with your computer's theme. I know on my computer I can change either to be in light or dark mode. In this example, I was able to change my mode to light in Acrobat. Check to see if your can do that in Acrobat

If I switch to light gray then the whole interface is bright. All my apps are in dark mode. While this works, it's not what I like it to be. Thanks. I am going to report it as a bug. There needs to be enough contrast.

Hi @tonyh55581104,
Thank you for sharing the details and post-update experience.
Please let us know if this is happening with all or a few files. Also, please share a sample file with us and let us know what theme is currently selected on Acrobat. Is it Dark, grey, Light Gray, or a System theme? Lastly, are you using Windows or Mac, including the operating system version number? I see you have mentioned Windows 11 in your initial post, is that the same machine?
Thank you for your help and patience.

@tonyh55581104 - I tested the behavior on my end with the same file and app version, and it seems to be working fine as long as we don't change the color in the accessibility preference.
I will be discussing this issue internally and will keep you updated.
Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to make things right.
