As of a few hours ago, my mouse wheel scrolling is no longer working in the Bookmarks side panel. It works everywhere else but not in Bookmarks. Started today. Guessing an Update fart. Is there a fix for this?

I called Adobe and they remote accessed by pc and reverted to the previous update and the bookmark scroll works again.
I was told you either need to do that (it took 15 mins) or wait for the next update when it will be fixed (the guy told me they have 1 update a month)

Is there a way to revert to the previous update without Adobe doing a remote session?

Same thing happened to me. Sometime during the last 2 weeks. Any updates?

So I contacted Adobe and they helped me revert to an April release. It was pretty easy and did not take much time. Now the scrolling works fine.

I don't see any updates, unfortunately (macOS). I also tried having customer support downgrade the app, but it's a work computer and I don't have admin access, so they can't do it taht way.

Still not working for me. Should I ask our local IT to do something? All apps/software are managed by IT administrator.
Thanks,

When I check for updates I get a message that "Updater is already running". I'm on version 2024.002.20857 but it doesn't seem that the updater is seeing the update. Is there a way to force an update?

Hi @Saurav Bhatia , We installed patched update for adobe and resolved the problem with scroll side bar, now scrool side bar working normally like before but problems is the function comment in sticky note. The details is when we change Author: to specific name ( also check Make Properties Default) but when we go to comment the name autotmatic change back to name+PCname ( format) or something else. What's wrong bro? Please help to contact adobe and solve this issue please, we need it. Thanks you in advance!

ALERT TO BOOKMARK USERS!***
Latest updated versions of Adobe Acrobat corrupted hundreds of hours of bookmark work in lengthy documents. AI like features have generated a massive number of unsolicited, unapproved, bookmarks titled from page headings, page content, and duplicative titles of existing bookmarks. The bookmarks are no longer organized or preserved as made & clicking on them does not link to display correct pages. There was no warning to paying Adobe users, nor is there (so far), any way to preserve documents against such corruption. Trying to manually correct flawed and unwanted, system entered bookmards is time intensive & time prohibitive, requiring manually going line by line to fix or delete each -- so slow a process that in 2 hours, only managed to fix 6 pages of previously completed work! Unlike Microsoft products such as WORD & Excel, there is no option to save documents as compatible with a certain software version or extension (i.e. Word 6.0. or as a .rtf doc). Consequently, even once fixed, there is no guarantee that after sending a doc, the recipient of a bookmarked doc won't receive the same corruption & functional loss result that defeats the purpose of placing those bookmarks! As for customer assistance, my saga began with an online chat help, escalated 4x over, with appointments that failed to be, or were irregularly kept, by Adobe. Moreover, Adobe poorly communicates, failing to perform research/investigation BEFORE appointment times, so with each new representative, the customer must begin explaining & recounting the entire problem history all over again. The most alarming aspect of this experience has been 1) discovering documents cannot seemingly BE preserved as authored, 2) that corruption can happen at any juncture and destroy irreplaceable amounts of effort & labor, and, 3) that bottom-line, after more than a decade of being a paying customer, Adobe exhibits a meager sense of obligation to resolve the problem, and, minimal appreciation that such a core software feature failure has huge impact to its customers. Finally, if an Adobe case call comes & for whatever reason the customer cannot answer at that moment (particularly applicable when calls come hours after scheduled appointment times!), there is no direct way to reach the Adobe caller back & it's send an email, wait for a response, to set up another appointment . . . I'm not certain where this leaves customers, but, be very leery of investing into a document using bookmarks & indexing -- they are not permanent and Adobe support will not be reliable if, and when, they fail.
