Boton de firma no funciona correctamente.

Buenos días,

 

Nos ocurre muchas veces que el boton de (-) de la firma (adjunto imagen) no nos funciona, tenemos que reiniciar el ordenador para que funcione, hemos probado a pasarle acrocleaner y reinstalar pero al final el boton en ciertos momentos deja de funcionar. ¿Sabeis por que ocurre esto o a que se debe?

    This looks like a communication problem. Did you try just to exit the program? And did you try to sign out/in again?

    What is your OS and version? What is your Acrobat and version?

     

    Check also if there is an update for Acrobat available.
