Box Appearing When Clicking on Items in Acrobat

Hello! I jave noticed that when I use my Acrobat on my Macbook I am having this issue appear. I click on text or even an image and this little tool bar appears every time. It is quite annoying because it appears anytime I click on anything in the PDF. I need to be able to swiftly nagivate the PDFs at work for customer's orders and this is getting in the way and not allowing. My process to go as quick as possible. 

My coworker and I have both played around in Acrobat and can't find a way to make this go away. Does anyone have a solution? Thank You!
