Box shaped text.

I need to number the measurements in the pictures like 1, 2 and put them in a box. In my old Adobe application, I could do this directly with the "T" icon. It was shaped like a box and I was writing numbers inside it. Today, when I purchase Adobe in my new company, I have to write the text separately and add a box. Is the method I used to use no longer available? Or am I not finding it?

I do not have information about the version or license of the Adobe I used to have because I was not interested in the details. When I started working there, such an option was available in Acrobat. Isn't there such an option in the product I currently purchased?
