Branding - Acrobat Pro

In Acrobat Pro Data Sheet it is mentione dthat "BRANDING" is available in Acrobat Pro license. But I am uneble to find Branding option

An article suggested go to All Tools --> Stamps

But I am unable to find this option

Can someone please help with how can I configure 'BRANDING" Upload Company logo in Acrobat Pro?

Also please help me with Adobe support id please.
