Question

Broken - cannot print to 62mm labels

I used to be able to select the graphic I wanted, go to print, select my label printer (62mm wide) and print it out - easy.

This functionality seems to be broken, it doesn't scale the graphic properly and tries to print out a random size which is not what is in the label printer.  Why did it have to change when it was a perfectly good feature before?   Anyone know how to fix it?

To confirm:  This was never an issue before.

Hi there

I hope you're doing well, and thank you for reaching out to us.

Could you let us know if this issue started occurring recently, particularly after installing an update? Understanding when the problem began will help us pinpoint the cause.

To assist you better, please provide the version of the Acrobat desktop application you are currently using. You can check this by navigating to Help > About Acrobat in the application. If you’re not already using the latest version (24.05.20320), please update the application by going to Help > Check for Updates. After updating, reboot your computer to ensure the changes take effect.

Additionally, it would be a good idea to check for any pending or missing updates for your label printer’s driver and firmware. You can usually find these on the manufacturer’s website. If updates are available, install them. Alternatively, you could try the following steps:

  1. Remove the printer driver and firmware from your system.
  2. Reboot your computer.
  3. Reinstall the driver and firmware directly from the manufacturer’s website.

Once you’ve completed these steps, please test the functionality and let us know if the issue persists.
