Hi,
I have a big PDF of 200 pages.
It contains 500 product names.
I have a list with two columns:
1/ original 500 product names
2/ new 500 product names
GOAL: I need to replace all the product names in one stroke. So bulk find/replace 500 items from the list.
How can I do this please ?
Thanks
p.s.: I am open to paid services of people who can provide a working script for this.

There's no "Search & Replace All" command in Acrobat. One way you can do it is by using the Redaction tool to search for the old product names and use the new names as the "overlay text" of the redactions. That won't work, though, if the text is on top of a graphic, for example, or if the length of the new names is very different from that of the old ones. There are also other options but they all have similar limitations, and are not as efficient as this one.
This is really not something you should be doing in the PDF file, but in the source document.
