We are sorry for the trouble. As described you want to activate Adobe Acrobat 2020 offline.

We can not activate it offline. Internet connection and registration are required for Adobe Acrobat 2020 software activation. For more information please refer to the help article https://helpx.adobe.com/in/acrobat/system-requirements-acrobat-2020.html

What about computers that can not (or are not allowed to) connect to the internet? Is Adobe abandoning that part of its customer base? How are they supposed to use Acrobat?

Hi there

I am sorry for the trouble you had to go through. Please try the steps provided in the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-offline-activation.html and see if that works for you.

Note: The steps are same for the new version. Also, try to copy the Request code to your email first and then paste it from there to avoid human error while entering the code as the code is alphanumeric.
