We are sorry for the trouble. As described you want to activate Adobe Acrobat 2020 offline.

What about computers that can not (or are not allowed to) connect to the internet? Is Adobe abandoning that part of its customer base? How are they supposed to use Acrobat?

I have spent the last several weeks trying to get Adobe Acrobat Pro to run on a secure govt computer with no internet access of course.  I bought both the subscription and perpetual license and NEITHER can work due to the no offline license issue.   Is ADOBE going to help us that have secure computers?  In the old days when you purchased the software and a serial number license key... you could activate your software.   HELP PLEASE ADOBE!!!

Acrobat products automatically attempt to activate over the Internet. During activation, no personal information is transmitted. Each single-user license grants rights for Acrobat to be installed on two computers at any given time. See the Adobe software activation page for more information.

If your organization has computers that cannot be online for activation, IT administrators can set an offline exception using Adobe Customization Wizard. Learn more about IT resources.
