Can Adobe view my uploaded content in Document Cloud?

Hi Adobe,

I have a task to convert TIFF Files to PDF using the Create PDF feature in Acrobat Pro. However, our Data Privacy Officer aims to know if Adobe will be able to view or access the contents of the files that are stored in the cloud.
