sure. the easiest way (afaik) is to take a screenshot. but you can also use acrobat, for example to save as a jpg.

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.

If you have Acrobat, yes. Go to File - Save As Other - Images - JPEG. This will generate a separate JPEG file for each page of the PDF and save them to your selected folder.
If you want to change the settings for this export go to Edit (or the Acrobat app menu on a Mac), Preferences, Convert from PDF, JPEG and click on Edit Settings.
