Can I create a HTML email using mailMsg?

I am using mailMsg to create an Outlook email that is cc'd to a database application.  The application is not recognising any of my formatting because the email is in plain text.  If I change the format to HTML in Outlook, it recognises the formatting.  Hoping to avoid relying on the user to change the formatting everytime they use the form and send the email.
