Can I use my Adobe apps in macOS Big Sur?

I recently updated my operating system to Big Sur and now Adobe Acrobat X Pro won't open any documents. When I try to log in it just spins. Any fixes?

Apple made sure that Big Sur would give that shiny "new app" experience. All old apps are blocked forever. You need to buy them again, or subscribe.

I have the same problem. Uninstalled Adobe, installed it again, still not working. Any fixes?

I just bought an Adobe package last year - not subscription. Was expensive. Very annoying to hear this!

I'm not sure what you mean. You asked about Acrobat X, but say you bought new software last year. Acrobat X was obsolete 9 years ago. A product new last year should stand a chance in Big Sur.

what did you buy?
