Can not normally scale pictures

The pictures pat on PDF sometimes have strange size of frame, clearly larger than the picture and can not scale the picture, either enlarge or shrink.

Anyone know how to fix this problem?

Adobe really sucks.

Why does Adobe suck? You mean PDF sucks! Depending on how this picture is embedded, you do not see the whole picture, but only the visible area of the picture in a clipping mask. Now, to check the issue, I would need to see the file.

It's a simple screenshot picture and pasted to PDF.

The picture is exactly the size of what you see.

Noted that it's pasted on PDF as a stamp.

Having exactly same issue when using stamp function as well.
