Can not reorder pages

Hi, I am using Acrobat standard 2017 and I am not able to reorder pages... My colleague has the same version and there is no problem with the same document on her computer. Is it some bug ? Have you and suggestions ? Thank you for help...

Nothing, no blue bar when I move page before another. And there is crossed circle as mouse pointer...

Make sure you zoom out so that the entire page is visible before you try to drag it.
