Can one create a NEW PDF using Adobe Acrobat PRO Subscription?

New Here ,
May 18, 2023 May 18, 2023

I am unable to find how to use Adobe Acrobat Pro to CREATE NEW PDF files within the ipad app. It only goes to "convert" or "open" - no CREATE. The "plus" sign only goes to those two again and again. Please advice with screenshots or support links - would be appreciated much! Thanks

PS: I am assuming with the full subscription that i have had for years now I should be able to Create new PDF's!! Am I wrong?

Acrobat isn't an editor, like Word, where you get a blank document and start typing. Not on iPad, not on Windows, not on Mac.

You make the document in another app (like Word, or Pages, or about anything) and CONVERT to PDF. So all is well.

Once you've made the PDF, do you keep editing it? No, not at all. Not for a second. Keep the ORIGINAL, edit that, and re-make the PDF.
