Can't download Acrobat Pro DC onto my new computer

Help! I purchased Adobe Acrobat Pro DC in 2016. Recently I had to purchase a new computer and have been trying to download the previously purchased version. I was directed to the download site (Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, XI, or X ) but for some reason, it is downloading Adobe Acrobat instead. I have tried to do this three times. I have a trial version that is only giving me the option of purchasing the cloud Adobe. I need a version that does not use the cloud. I have been unsuccessful getting more help from the Chat function.

Okay. I figured out the trial version was still on my laptop and I had to uninstall it before proceeding with the installation. I finally got that message on my 4th try to download the application. Solved my own problem, but be sure you take note!
